Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the event of:

• Wrong item sent
• Damaged item on arrival (you must notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please email orders@prpeptides.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. All requests are assessed at our discretion.
