Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, operational disruption, customs checks or events outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

PR Peptides is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details supplied by the customer.

Failed Delivery or Non-Collection

If a parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery, refusal, non-collection or incorrect address information, additional postage or handling charges may apply.

Returned Parcels

Where a parcel is returned by a courier, any refund, replacement or redispatch may be delayed until the parcel has been received back and inspected by PR Peptides.

International Orders

PR peptides currently only offer UK shipping only
